Overview of the Patient Care Medical Scholarship
Patient Care Medical is pleased to offer a $1,000 scholarship to one student each year. Our scholarship program aims to ease the financial burden of attending an institution of higher education by helping students pay for tuition and education-related expenses.
To apply, please write a 1,000-word essay about what will you major in and why?
The deadline to apply is December 1, 2023. Once the application deadline has passed, our scholarship review committee will evaluate all submissions and announce recipients on our website no later than January 15, 2024.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, scholarship applicants must be enrolled in, or plan to enroll in, an accredited college or university with the intent to pursue an Associate’s, undergraduate, or graduate degree. Proof of enrollment (current transcript or acceptance letter) is required to apply.
Submission Requirements
To be considered for the Patient Care Medical Scholarship, applicants must submit their essay and proof of enrollment to scholarships@
Please submit applications with the subject line: Patient Care Medical Scholarship. In ONE email, applicants should include the following information:
- Name and email address
- Parents’ contact information, if under 18-years old
- A current transcript and/or proof of college enrollment
- Current/prospective course of study
All essays must be the applicant’s original work. Essays will be reviewed on content, creativity, and grammar. Please do not call the office directly about the scholarship. Applicants who do not adhere to the submission requirements and guidelines will not be considered.
*All funds will be directly sent to the winners’ schools.
